There is literally something for everyone in your party including fun activities like water sports, tennis, golf , play pickle ball and flying trapeze lessons, and delicious food.
It is the ultimate location for a memorable vacation at a reasonable price. As for my Husband and I, we vacationed together but had two separate agendas. I spent my days attending the daily tennis clinics with unbelievable tennis pros, attending a fitness class or two and then utilizing the fitness facility. My Husband walked himself daily to the adult pool for relaxation and cocktails. The resort offered a variety of options for families when or when you did not want to be the 'family unit'. There were family pools, family dining rooms, or an adult pool and adult dining rooms.
There were many options to have much needed alone time with my Husband while our Son was well taken care of with the kid activities. Guests also expect a pool to be comfortable for swimming. But during Koorbush's visit, few GMs ventured into the unheated water. ("It was frigid. There were almost no swimmers not even kids.") Consequently, parents and children tended to swim in the heated lap pool, then return to their lounge chairs at the main pool. There were floating noodles and rafts available for purchase only.
The small volleyball pool has a depth of about 3-1/2 feet and was nearly always empty. ("Nobody engaged the kids and adults to use it.") We flew into the Ft Lauderdale airport from Dallas since it was cheaper than flying to West Palm Beach and the flight times were better for us. We rented a car and drove to the resort from the airport. On the website and Club Med app, it sounds like transfers may be included in the package. My MIL looked into getting transportation from Club Med to the Ft. Lauderdale airport and it cost $210 one-way for one person!
